Excelente ubicación cercana a medios de transporte, hoteles, supermercados y restaurantes.

Lovely place, everything is walking distance and getting to the beach by bus is easy. The ADO station is really close so you can go to the airport or Playa del Carmen for a low price. Try the "Marquesitas" on "Parque las palapas" at night.

We stayed at ✽ Piña ✽ In downtown + 1 bedroom + terrace for 3 nights. + Communication with the owner was excellent, communication almost 24/7. + Fast self check-in and simple + We were able to check-in much earlier than the check-in time + When there were problems with hot water, the owner solved them within an hour (the owner asked the girl to come and check the boiler, the girl came to us after checking and made sure that hot water appeared). + The apartment is exactly the same as in the photo. Upon arrival, we got what we paid for). - There is no kettle in the kitchen (we missed it :) - It is very noisy in apartment number 1 (they are located right next to the front door, it opens and closes very loudly. Also, the shower window goes directly opposite the front door to the house ... we heard everyone who came in and out. - In general, the sound insulation is poor, you can hear all the neighbors ( BUT We highly recommend booking an apartment with this owner :) !!! On our next trip to Mexico - we are your clients again :)
