Necesitab un sello y me atendieron muy bien aqui no roban piezas como es conocido en otras italika 100 % recomendado.
I needed a stamp and they treated me very well here they don't steal pieces as is known in other italika 100% recommended.

Excelente taller de motocicletas, su marca como bien lo dice es Italika sin embargo conocen de todas las marcas y te orientan, la verdad los costos son bastante buenos y creo muy accesibles, en lo general las motocicletas italika de unos años a la fecha han ido mejorando mucho en calidad.
Excellent motorcycle workshop, its brand as it says well is Italika, however they know all the brands and guide you, the truth is that the costs are quite good and I think very accessible, in general the italika motorcycles of a few years to date have gone improving a lot in quality.

Pesimo servicio de atención de parte de la chica que te atiende de mala gana parece que una va a limosniar , lo peor que tienen un número para marcar y nunca contestan pésimo servicio

Falta Exelencia al servicio. Necesita ser de Elektra, no una empresa que preste el servicio a través de un tercero. Así la responsabilidad caería a ELEKTRA.
Lack of service excellence. It needs to be from Elektra, not a company that provides the service through a third party. Thus the responsibility would fall to ELEKTRA.

Buen servicio excelente atencion... no se compara con las otras sucursales...(comentario de antes) Ahora: a bajado la eficacia en el servicio de italika fui a tres sucursales para una cotizacion de piezas (uxmal, leona y portillo) y en todas mala atencion pese q en leona ni impresion me querian dar mas que a papelito y a lapicero segun los precios... cotizo en portillo y sorpresa una gran diferencia en precios 1500 aprox asi que AGUAS!!... Ahora voy por mis servicios y siempre me regresan la moto con detalles...
Good service excellent attention... it does not compare with the other branches... (comment from before) Now: the effectiveness of the Italika service has decreased. I went to three branches for a parts quote (Uxmal, Leona and Portillo) and in all of them they received poor service despite the fact that in Leona they didn't even want to give me more than a piece of paper and a pen according to the prices. ... I quote in gate and surprise a big difference in prices approx 1500 so WATERS!!... Now I go for my services and they always return the motorcycle to me with details...
