★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPRES PROBLEMAS, Javer te vende puras mentiras, tienen una pésima administración y siempre se hechan la bolita uno y otro por el incumplimiento de promesas, tienen una pésima seguridad, dentro de su proyecto no consideran contar con un portón para resguardar la seguridad por las noches solo mallas ciclónicas mal puestas, no hay accesos peatonales, las casas se entregan con mil detalles que te prometen arreglar y nunca lo hacen, el índice de robos a casa habitación son muy altos.
DO NOT BUY PROBLEMS, Javer sells you pure lies, they have a lousy administration and they always do the ball one and the other for the breach of promises, they have a terrible security, within their project they do not consider having a gate to protect security by the nights only badly placed cyclonic meshes, there are no pedestrian accesses, the houses are delivered with a thousand details that they promise to fix and they never do, the rate of burglaries at home are very high.
