Les pedi mi dinero (1100 pesos) a lo que me dijeron q no había devoluciones que sólo escogiendo otra prenda. Fui a la profeco y sólo así me devolvieron mi dinero. I paid a piece of clothing that they would give me in two weeks. After a month I complained and they told me to keep waiting for at least two more weeks. I asked for my money (1100 pesos) to what they told me that there were no refunds other than just choosing another garment. I went to the prophecy and only that way they gave me back my money.

Son muy tramposos. Conservo el tiket donde fue cobrado el IVA. Their offers are very misleading according to 50% but when you pay EVEN WHEN THE PRICE IS ALREADY REDUCED ... THEY CHARGE MORE VAT. So they only make you 34%. They are very tricky. I keep the ticket where VAT was collected.
