★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el lugar, tiene una piscina muy agradable para pasar el rato si no quieres estar en la playa, pero si tienes ganas de sentir la arena puedes cambiarte a tan solo unos pasos. El departamento está muy bien equipado, además de que son amplios. El único "pero" es que en el restaurant-bar tardaron mucho en servirnos, pero de ahí en más todo bien.
 The place is excellent, it has a very nice pool to hang out if you don't want to be on the beach, but if you want to feel the sand you can change just a few steps away. The apartment is very well equipped, in addition to being spacious. The only "but" is that the restaurant-bar took a long time to serve us, but from then on everything was fine.

The place is very cool, the pool is very good ... but the apartment is a little neglected, things are piled up ... and little complicated for you to check a defect or attend ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para quedarse en Ixtapa, si lo que se busca es un lugar tranquilo, con poca gente y buenos servicios. La alberca por lo general está tranquila, no hay música, pero si se cuenta con wifi en prácticamente todas las zonas comunes. El restaurante es regular, los precios son accesibles, pero el sabor h presentación de los alimentos deja que desear... Lo mejor es traer tu bebida en lata o plástico y contar con hieleras...
Very good place to stay in Ixtapa, if what you are looking for is a quiet place, with few people and good services. The pool is generally quiet, there is no music, but there is Wi-Fi in practically all common areas. The restaurant is average, the prices are affordable, but the taste and presentation of the food leaves something to be desired ... The best thing is to bring your drink in a can or plastic and have coolers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Iguana condos grounds are second to none, excellent restaurant and the staff are helpful. Recommended for those who like safe, quiet and oceanside. Our airbnb host Salvador along with Alberto the concierge really helped us when our son was bitten by a spider. Recommend the Iguana condo for a fun, safe stay in a great complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful location, friendly staff, grounds and pool kept up nicely, security day and night, great cook on site.
People there renting and owners of the condos are like family.
Awesome sunsets.
The reason I marked a four star some of the condos have no storage for your clothes in the bedrooms and no where to put your silverware in the kitchen.
And run down some what.
I was just a visitor and it was my observation. Everyone enjoys it there.
