★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio, solicite una cotizacion que me la enviaran a mi correo con la cuenta bancaria para hacer el pago y es el día que no me la mandan porque supuestamente no tienen autorizados en mandar correos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los que hacen los cortes, hacen mal los cortes y no te quieren reponer tu material, aunque haya sido su error al no poner atención a las medidas de los cortes. Están acostados en el piso, llegas para que te atiendan y te atienden de malas, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Por si fuera poco, llevo 20 días esperando mi factura de la compra, llamo para pedirla y ni siquiera entra la llamada. HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Sucursal La Loma en Gustavo Baz, la Encargada de pelo Guero, prácticamente me mento la madre con su pésima atención, y me negó la venta del producto, se puso al tú por tú conmigo, cosa que no debe de pasar jamás. Yo me dedico a la ventas de igual forma y lo primero ante todo es el cliente, y aunque se lo explique sin ninguna grosería, ella siguió alegando y diciéndome mentirosa. Pero qué trato tan malo de persona es este ante el cliente? Es una verdulera sin educación. Cómo puede esta persona ser la encargada de esta tienda? Y sin gerente al que puedas acudir para platicar de la situación. Pésima empresa. No hay como contactar al servicio al cliente, su página no sirve y nadie sabe nada en ninguna sucursal de algún correo para quejas, o como contactar a algún personal de rango más alto para dar la queja. NO COMPREN AQUI, su trato es indiferente, y nadamás te quejas de algo y la persona encargada es incompetente y de bajo nivel de educación para desempeñar este puesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi experiencia fue muy mala, fui el día de hoy 14/febrero/2022 y me atendieron de lo peor. la señorita que me atendió se molesto porque estaba con su celular y la interrumpí y me mando con el almacenista ,y el almacenista me medio explicó pero se burlaba de las preguntas que le hacia y acabo de mandarme con la señorita que me atendió al principio. por eso veo que cada rato están solicitando personal porque les falta mas actitud de servicio al cliente . calidad y valores. pésima atención yo les recomiendo no pierdan su tiempo y vayan a otro lado.
