★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great! I stayed over Christmas, it was clean, everyone was really friendly, including staff. The bed was incredible, the sheets were really soft :) the water was really hot, once it got going. Great space on the rooftop, quite close to the beach. Walking distance to Walmart and Mega. Enjoyed myself and would stay again.

The location is the best, short walking distance to everything like the beach, quinta avenida, party area as well as cheap local food around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's "The Place" to be in Playa del Carmen. The Building is super centric. It's 3 Blocks from the Beach, 2 Blocks from 5th AV. Close to Super-Market, Bus Stops to Cancún, Tulum. The staff is Amazing, very warm, fun, open, its a 12/10. They BEST tours at a very accesible price. Izsla Suites it's a MUST to Stay.

The sheets are very stained and looked disgusting, same with the towels. Ironically they put quite rude info in the room that you'll be charged if you stain these sheets, like they could even look worse. The water in shower goes everywhere around the bathroom but not where you stand (and it's cold). The water in the toilet flushes so slowly that whatever you leave in there stays floating forever like a tiny castaway. The water in the sink sounds like a very hungry dinosaur stomach.
The staff was nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hostel with private rooms, but very noisy like everywhere in Playa dc. There is no pool on the roof like on the picture here. The room was big but without windows or furniture. Very nice staff! Thank you. The bar on the street is great! Cheap and food with love and dedication
