★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy desagradable servicio, te ofrecen productos que no tienen y prometen fechas que posteriormente las vuelven a postergar y al final te quieren vender los vehículos que ellos quieren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó la atención, se la pasan hablando mal de la competencia y eso no garantiza que ellos vendan mejores productos.
Uno de tantos detalles que no me gustaron de esta empresa es que si compras un carro aquí y si no lo traes el día que te toca el servicio entonces PIERDES LA GARANTÍA.
I did not like the attention, they spend their time talking badly about the competition and that does not guarantee that they sell better products.
One of the many details that I did not like about this company is that if you buy a car here and if you do not bring it the day you have the service, then YOU LOSE THE WARRANTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mala compra después de hacer varias cotizaciones en el mercado decidí adquirir una camioneta jac t8 ya que me prometieron un modelo 2022 sin embargo mes y medio después me informaron que no me darían el modelo prometido y que a cambio me darían los dos primeros servicios gratis y en diciembre pasado al llevar al primer servicio la camioneta aun que reconocieron la promesa de los dos primeros servicios me informaron que me cobrarían ya que no había documento alguno que respaldara lo prometido aunado a esto la camioneta en cuestión en las primeras semanas presento un ruido extraño en el volante y un rechinido en la parte derecha llevándolo al servicio donde me informaron que habían lubricado el volante y que habían revisado lo del rechinido sin haber detectado alguna anomalía , en septiembre pasado nuevamente lleve el vehículo al servicio ya que el ruido del lado derecho se incremento y la batea empezó a sonar, del rechinido nuevamente me informaron que no hallaron nada y que la batea se encontraba floja y que habían procedido a ajustarla y que por este ultimo trabajo me cobrarían la cantidad de $ 450 pesos a lo que me negué ya que considere que esta anomalía no era de3 mi responsabilidad, en diciembre durante el primer servicio les volví a comentar sobre el ruido del lado derecho informándome que no hallaron anomalía alguna por lo que salí de vacaciones con la incertidumbre del estado mecánico del vehículo y al regresar el ruido se incremento y la batea y el volante empezaron a sonar nuevamente decidiendo que lleva la camioneta al servicio a ver si ahora si hacen las reparaciones adecuadas
