The place is very nice, parking spaces are missing, the staff is very rude, my only way to answer their answer, was to edit my previous comment and of course I have still been attended by their staff, I belong to a mariachi who went to work to his garden and my experience was the following, we arrived and the guards did not respond to my good afternoon greeting, later during the party the groom invited us a drink and told us to ask a waiter, who did not attend us But until the boyfriend asked them to take them to us, when we finished they asked us to take our audio equipment through a different door than the one we had entered, we entered the Himalaya, we told them that our truck was in the Himalayas and they said, take it to the Another door and go out there that door is not going to open, again the boyfriend had to intervene to open it, it seems in bad taste to have to be bothering the client with these details, no we are competition because yours is a party hall and ours a mariachi, we do not sell the same thing, thanks for your blessings, I would accept them if they were sincere, but I don't think so.

Lousy service, shame about such a beautiful garden, I don't rent it again or recommend it. Celebrate my son's 3 years there, since I found the place very pleasant. The owner and / or manager ZERO helpful. A day before the event that takes several things to the garden, the owner did not even have the KINDNESS to move his vehicle so that our truck was near the entrance and could lower things and it was raining! He did not want us to use almost half of the garden because he had just put grass and was mistreated, we rented the place for the wide space and he restricted me to a certain area, the rent is not cheap but as we liked the WIDE garden what we rent. On the day of the event, I used to put buts, if they mistreated the garden, that if it was full of fat and super rude with all my suppliers. So I can mention many more details, which made us feel uncomfortable and have a bad time, we arrived before the event to check that everything was fine, very arrogant people told me that my event was not yet starting, so my son could not use the inflatables that we RENT until the exact time was given, and that was what the owner told me when I asked him if he could turn on the inflatables so that my son climbed up !!!!!! RECOMMENDED ZERO. It hurts such a beautiful garden, I live near there and maybe that's why it is rarely rented. Hopefully change to a better service and attention ON EVERYTHING of the owner and / or manager, because when you are owner you take care of your CUSTOMERS. Our party super bonitaaa !! I do not recommend the place. For the next celebration I will look for another room where they treat their customers well.

Super safe ANTI COVID. The ONLY PET FRIENDLY restaurant in San Luis Potosi. The FOOD is exquisite and the SERVICE is excellent. Classy breakfasts, lunches and EVENTS.
