★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mas acceso a rutas de transporte, solo pasa el 330 y es algo tardado, estaría muy bien si el 37 San Gaspar pasara por la Av. Rancho de la Cruz y las calles necesitan pavimentarse al igual que se necesita mas seguridad.
There is no more access to transport routes, only the 330 passes and it is somewhat delayed, it would be very good if the 37 San Gaspar passed through Rancho de la Cruz Avenue and the streets need to be paved as well as more security is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, tiene dos parques grandes que lo hace mejor, aire fresco y vientos fuertes, las noches son tranquilas, los dos parques están limpios gracias a las aportaciones que damos. Espero que siga asi por mucho tiempo mas, depende mucho de nosotros.... no tiren basura vecinos

Ya de precios es cosa de cada quien pero son muy accesibles para la clase media alta. Tuve la oportunidad de estar en el desarrollo y el proyecto fue bastante interesante.
Very nice place to live, spacious and very well made houses were made with quality construction and materials. The development is well done. Prices are up to each person, but they are very accessible for the upper middle class. I had the opportunity to be in development and the project was quite interesting.
