Terrible place, my little dogs arrived with their legs injured, they don't even explain what happened to you well and it seems that they don't care what happens to the little dogs.

Uno de mis perritos llegó por un problema del corazón, en otros lados me lo desahuciaron, busque una segunda opinión y desde el principio me explicaron con claridad lo que se debía hacer, con costos muy muy razonables a mi parecer, para el lugar que es muy limpio y completo. Veo que les importa el bienestar de el animal y de nosotros como propietarios, nos brindan opciones de tratamiento, son empáticos. Mi mascota mejoró su peso, se ve mas animado, activo, veo que es feliz, mil gracias a las doctoras, no hay palabras cuando mi mascota es todo para mi.
Excellent service, very good attention. One of my puppies came because of a heart problem, in other places they evicted me, I looked for a second opinion and from the beginning they explained to me clearly what should be done, with very very reasonable costs in my opinion, for the place that is very clean and complete. I see that they care about the welfare of the animal and of us as owners, they offer us treatment options, they are empathetic. My pet improved its weight, it looks more lively, active, I see that it is happy, a thousand thanks to the doctors, there are no words when my pet is everything to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece terrible que este lugar quiera deslindar su responsabilidad con mentiras, acudí a este lugar confiando y creyendo que eran profesionales responsables, lo único que pedí fueron unas proyecciones, las cuales se tomaron perfectamente mal, este es mi enojo y frustración, mi perrito, Mushu fue expuesto a un sufrimiento innecesario porque no pudimos ver absolutamente nada en esas proyecciones, y tengo la prueba en mi celular. Mushu no era epiléptico, nosé de donde lo sacan. Y por supuesto que daré mi opinión cuántas veces sea necesario, porque no es justo que ofrezcan un servicio que no dan.
It seems terrible to me that this place wants to delimit its responsibility with lies, I went to this place trusting and believing that they were responsible professionals, the only thing I asked for was some projections, which were taken perfectly wrong, this is my anger and frustration, my puppy, Mushu was exposed to unnecessary suffering because we couldn't see anything at all in those projections, and I have the proof on my cell phone. Mushu was not epileptic, I don't know where they get it from. And of course I will give my opinion as many times as necessary, because it is not fair that they offer a service that they do not provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está clínica veterinaria tiene médicos veterinarios muy mal capacitados. Llevamos a mi perro a tomarle unas radiografías, ni siquiera le tomaron las proyecciones indicadas sino las que quisieron por si desconocimiento. Llego con signos de tener presión intra craneal y a pesar de saberlo (pues ellos mismos lo anotaron en la receta que nos dieron) le pusieron un tipo de anestesia que aumento más aún su presión intra craneal, y cuando despertó tenía un estado alterado de conciencia con delirios notorios y no le dieron un manejo médico, tuvimos que salir a llevarlo con otro Dr y eso le generó un daño neurológico y termino falleciendo.
Mucho cuidado, no lleven a sus perros a este lugar sino quieren poner en riesgo sus vidas!!!!
This veterinary clinic has very poorly trained veterinary doctors. We took my dog to take some x-rays, they didn't even take the indicated projections but the ones they wanted in case they didn't know. He arrived with signs of having intracranial pressure and despite knowing it (because they themselves wrote it down in the prescription they gave us) they gave him a type of anesthesia that increased his intracranial pressure even more, and when he woke up he had an altered state of consciousness with Notorious delusions and they did not give him medical management, we had to go take him to another Dr and that caused him neurological damage and he ended up dying.
Be very careful, don't take your dogs to this place if you don't want to put their lives at risk!!!!

Las veterinarias les han dado atención a varios de mis perritos y siempre hemos estado muy contentos con la calidad del servicio, gracias a sus revisiones y tratamientos todos nuestro animalitos han sido tratados oportunamente y han gozado de buena salud y calidad de vida.
Excellent veterinary hospital, they are always very kind when serving you and very affectionate with the puppies. The veterinarians have given attention to several of my puppies and we have always been very happy with the quality of the service, thanks to their check-ups and treatments, all our animals have been treated in a timely manner and have enjoyed good health and quality of life.
