★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy recomendable excelente lugar en calidad y precio todos muy amables y tanto personal de recepción y camarista si buscas cercanía a santa cruz buen precio limpieza y servicio de primera este es tu lugar el sr Manuel de la noche es súper servicial y está al pendiente a toda la familia le agrado el ambiente relajado que se maneja en este hotel felicidades! La habitación que teníamos fue como un depa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta
 Highly recommended excellent place in quality and price all very friendly and both reception staff and chambermaid if you are looking for proximity to Santa Cruz good price cleanliness and first class service this is your place Mr. Manuel de la noche is super helpful and is on the lookout for everything the family liked the relaxed atmosphere that is handled in this hotel congratulations! The room we had was like an apartment and has everything you need for a perfect stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the b and b attached to this hotel. Dirty, bugs every where disgustingly gross kitchen, leaking toilet, not the greatest service either. Oh and beds so hard hay on wood is more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family suites worked well for our group. The pool was enjoyed by all. Had a few leaks in the torrential rain but no problem, it was unusual.
