Por tal motivo conocía mi pelo fui a un retoque de efecto de color y sabía después de tantos años que mi prioridad siempre es el que no se maltrate y en este retoque me quemó el pelo. Obviamente hice el reclamo a JAVIER dueño del lugar y su respuesta fue hasta al más experto se le va la liebre como si esto fuera una excusa. Lo que me propuso de mala gana para compensar el daño fue los siguiente. DEVOLVERME el MONTO que pagué jajajaja. OBVIAMENTE ES LO MINIMO QUE PUEDEN HACER, y que fuera a un tratamiento por mes y que me haría un despunte para tratar de quitar lo que maltrataron. OBVIAMENTE nunca regrese ni por sus tratamientos ni despunte. Te HACEN UN DAÑO Y NI UNA DISCULPA AL CONTRARIO SE OFENDEN .
El peor servicio!!! Y ACTIYUD SON UN ASCO.
