first and foremost, the place has the feel you'd expect from a high scale steak house, that aside I'll get into the details about our experience. we started with 3 hot entrees, the calamari, the razor clams and the bone marrow, all perfectly sized and delicious. for the main course we decided to go for the biggest and baddest item on the menu, the mighty 35oz Tomahawk steak, we asked for medium well, it came more on the medium side, but rest easy. the plate was hot enough for us to be able to perfectly cook the strips as we pleased. enough for 3 people or in our case 2 very hungry carnivores, we were more than satisfied with the meal, well worth the resort credits. Now, don't think this review is about the food. apologize if i misguided you, this review is entirely on the staff and in our case of Mr Ernesto, his demeanor, attentive service made us enjoy our already amazing meal just that much more, to the point we felt obligated to take the time to mention it to the manager and to leave feedback on the resort app. It feels good to appreciate great service and use this as a way to thank them for their humble and sincere dedication to their profession, guys like him make spending our money at this resort an easy choice.

Flaky, grilled salmon was the best here! The skin gets caramelized and crisp on the grill; it’s delicious. Since we can only have seafood or vegetarian items this was definitely a treat. The brioche buns were also really good. The presentation, taste was all five star.

The only place at the grand that didn’t make me feel welcome. The staff were rude, and almost snobby. I felt like I was inconveniencing them for being there. Half my party arrived at our reservation time, and they informed us if the rest of the party didn’t arrive within 4 minutes we would forfeit our table. The restaurant wasn’t even almost full. They then proceeded to treat us very poorly for a majority of the meal. The food however, was quite good. Which makes it all the more upsetting that their service left much to be desired.

The food was delicious! The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The first time I had the signature burger and I loved it so much that I had to go again before my trip ended and this time I had a rib eye steak and it was perfect! And both times I ended my meal with the chocolate lava cake.

The food tasted great and it had all kinds of different foods. I really liked the rib eye and calamari.

Service was good, food could have been warmer. Clam chowder was just warm not hot, steaks and sides also just warm not hot.

Hands down best restaurant at the Grand. You must make your reservation weeks in advanced as this restaurant is very high in demand. I got a strawberry mocktail here. It tasted like fruit punch and was my favorite strawberry mocktail out of all the other ones I tried at the Grand. Bread that was brought out at the beginning of the meal was soft, fluffy, and buttery. I got the bone marrow, razor clams, and provolone cheese as appetizers. Bone marrow was very bland, although it is served alongside lemon slices and rock salt, so I guess I'm supposed to flavor it myself. Provolone cheese was served at the very end of the meal, and was harder than expected. Steaks come with a side of mashed potatoes and carrots. I got wild mushrooms as a side. Love how both the steaks and mushrooms were generously seasoned. Our reservation was at 10 PM but the steaks weren't served until after 11 PM, and we finished our meal close to midnight. The restaurant is listed as closed at 11 PM. I really appreciate how there was no drop in the level of service even after restaurant closing hours.

Most of the dishes were very tasteful, however the service could’ve been a little faster . We waited about half hour before the waiter came over and offer us drinks and gave us menus . the rib , the fried calamari was the most delicious we ever tried , however Beats gazpacho and truffle french fry could really use some improvement. as far as presentation ,every dish was a piece of art , it was set beautifully and the temperature was perfect , again , the exception was a french fry it was barely warm . if you will ever be at that restaurant you will be happy that you visited and you most likely will have unforgettable experience . the manager of the restaurant and the chef will happily come out to your table to hear what you have to say about t your dinner experience. so , overall I do recommend this restaurant for couples or large companies , however I would not recommend to go there with small children .
