★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según cierran a las 7:00pm y fui hoy viernes por mis análisis y ya estaba cerrado eran como las 5:20pm , pregunté a una señora que vende por ahí me dijo que ya llevaba como media hora que cerraron que siempre hacen lo mismo que habren y cierran a la hora que se les da la gana en esta sucursal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a las 8 am no había gente por lo que pase rápido, el servicio fue excelente y los costos son aceptables (comparándolos con otros laboratorios), además tanto la atención en recepción como la tomaré muestra fue rápida.
I went at 8 am there were no people so I passed quickly, the service was excellent and the costs are acceptable (compared to other laboratories), in addition both the attention at the reception and the sample was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio es excelente, pero esta sucursal tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente,y el muestrista le falta experiencia, mejor vayan a plaza tulyehualco o al chopo que está enfrente.
The laboratory is excellent, but this branch has lousy customer service, and the sampler lacks experience, better go to plaza tulyehualco or to the poplar that is opposite.

Terrible service on the phone. It is dialed and they don't answer or hang up, they answer but say "yes" and hang up :)
