★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexis, Jhony & Deckar were amazing!! My best friendand I went to Cancun for a girls trip. These 3 made our time renting jet ski's exceptional. They made sure we felt comfortable. We felt very safe being out in the water. I would highly recommend anyone going to Cancun to rent jet ski's from this place!!! Go see ALEXIS, JHONY & DECKAR!!!!

Of a jet ski will cost $ 100 and a half an hour $ 65,
That's the price in all of Mexico,
When we got to the place the price of half an hour jumped to $ 75 claiming it was a tax and not tied to it.
We took half an hour after less than 20 minutes he stopped us claiming we were out of the area he defined,

It's at sea and there's no clear sign,
After we left we understood why we were taken out ahead of time,
We saw a bunch of people waiting and probably not having a jet ski left for them,
In short do not get close

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality jet skis, two of two broke down repeatedly. 1 had to be replaced. No additional time given even tho we wasted 30 minutes waiting for a replacement jetski. Also cut an additional 30 minute short from the 2 hours I purchased. Jet ski operator blamed his employee and said it's not his fault. Unwilling to accommodate the additional time lost. They owe me an additional hour of jet ski time but weren't willing to provide.
Rip off. Spend ur money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience! We booked 1 jet ski for two people + added the photos and the trainers are super nice and patient. Luis was the best!!! We booked the drone footage but unfortunately it wasn’t available at the time. So they gave us more pictures and we are not disappointed. If you are in Cancun, come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time and Johnny was a great tour guide! Our family did the guided tour for an hour. We got the chance to go out far enough where the water was so pretty and take a quick dive. I only wish the drone could have captured that part.
Everyone was nice and helped us feel comfortable. Get the picture package! It was well worth it. They didn’t have any Corona bottles for our package so they just gave us an actual Corona lol.
