This business displays extreme pride in their company and makes it completely about their customers experiences. By far the best water sport company I have ever worked for. Not 5 stars but 10!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people. Trustworthy and honest people. The jet skies are new. The water is cristal clear.
We arrived at closing time and they stayed late for just us. They were very polite and understanding.
Do jet ski here. You won’t regret it. We even say stingrays at the bottom of the ocean.
Now the Snorkeling Tours (cielo etc) was not so great with them. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was able to contact someone at customer service after a while. Once we got to the activity it was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged us....When we booked a Parasailing adventure for 5, the deposit was booked with a credit card in US dollars. When we got there the remaining balance had to be in pesos on the card and they used an inflated peso rate. So instead of charging $220, we were charged $245. I even questioned the peso rate because I did not think it was correct. She assured me it was. I will update if I get my money back, but doubt I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service. Absolutely took care of everything. Highly knowledgeable. Made sure my friends and I had a perfect time. My buddy had his 40th birthday and the captain and guide made sure the snorkeling trip was one to remember. Five stars. Would recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted by very friendly and enthusiastic staff ready to make our Cozumel experience the most memorable! Booking online was very convenient and easy to do! We had a great time Jetskiing through the big bouncy ocean waves and I only flipped over once! My wife was not happy but I had a blast! And the coco loco drink we enjoyed after was the best drink of our trip!
