 Better to take the garments to another dry cleaner, they lost my jacket and so far they have not decided what to do next. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les recomiendo vayan a cualquier otra lavandería o por lo menos sucursal, se tardan mucho en entregar algo y me tenían perdida una chamarra por casi un mes, no tienen un control adecuado.
I recommend you go to any other laundry or at least a branch, they take a long time to deliver something and they had lost a jacket for almost a month, they do not have adequate control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevé unas prendas y tuve que regresar dos veces porque no estaban listas aún cuando te cobran por anticipado y además le perdieron un botón a un saco y nunca contestan los teléfonos.
Terrible service. I took some clothes and had to go back twice because they weren't ready yet when they charge you in advance and they also lost a button on a jacket and they never answer the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me perdieron mi edredón Esquimal, me querían dar un chafa Vianey, no acepte nada y solo me reembolsaron el 30% del valor de edredón que jamás pude volver a comprar ya que la marca lo descontinuó, el coraje enorme a estas tintorerias, qué pena que la familia no les preocupe más que su dinero.
They lost my Eskimo quilt, they wanted to give me a Vianey chafa, I did not accept anything and they only reimbursed me 30% of the value of the quilt that I could never buy again since the brand discontinued it, the enormous courage to these dry cleaners, what a shame that the family does not worry about more than their money.

No tienen servicio exprés y son tan despotas y lo peor es que nunca se hacen responsables de pagar prendas es un asco yo no lo recomiendo.tengo lavanderia y me apoyaba en ellos pero preferi quitar el sevicio! Y esto es para la sucursal Ricardo B. Anaya donde se supone hacen el proceso.
Fatal the service of both the person and the maquila. I was a frequent customer and I have struggled for years, they always lost their clothes.
