★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A favor: se paga a tiempo, el ambiente de trabajo dentro de B12 la mayor parte del tiempo es cordial, el horario es cómodo, se da capacitación constante que permite mejorar continuamente y crecer dentro de la empresa.
En contra: En la campaña que me asignaron me indicaron que atendería mayormente llamadas de entrada con clientes potenciales y el 90% de mis llamadas son de salida a buzones, el supervisor de mi equipo es muy agresivo, difícilmente esta dispuesto a ayudar o resolver una duda, no hay buena comunicación con el, si se enoja te levanta cartas administrativas y no hay un correo donde puedan ayudarte con estos temas.
