Too expensive. $30 for two single cheeseburgers is ridiculous!!!

So slow and expensive for what it is

Bad hamburgers, they look good but are super dry! No sause and take ages to eat cause its so dry.. and ofcourse its expensive.. the fries was okey but not good.

Ordered a combo and asked how much it is to change my fries for onion rings. I get told 20 pesos. I prepare my change to pay for the order. The cashier then tells me the total price and it does not match. He keeps saying its 20 pesos for the onion ring but that I have to pay the price he is showing which is 5 pesos higher. Then he tells me it is now 25 pesos for the rings. I concede because I'm hungry and this is the only option for the price. I receive my order and see that this add-on to change fries for onion rings basically removes half the fries and gives me 3 small rings. I told them I wanted to change my fries for rings, not only half. Then they tell me that's 75 pesos. They just keep increasing the price everytime I asked and I feel scammed. I did not pay the extra and after complaining they removed all my fries, and gave me the smallest ring in their fryer. Its a shame because the burger is tasty but this whole experience felt like getting scammed on fifth avenue.

Horror show. Paid $25 for a veggie burger, fries and a bottle of water. Was given a regular meat burger with extra cheese instead, basically the exact opposite of what I ordered. Also how you get to $25 for a burger a d fries is beyond my comprehension. What a waste of time and money.

The fries were disgusting and brown from old oil. The lady just scooped my fries straight out of the oil and put them on a plate and they tastes disgusting and soggy. All of the employees were hanging around not working and digging some dirt out of the clogged beer drains with their fingers.

Same expensive prices as in the US. We are in Mexico. I had the grilled chicken burger and it tasted as cardboard. Too expensive and too bad. :(

I wish I had checked out the reviews before daring to order. Looks good on the menu, service is horribly slow and don't get me started on the price. Burger with fries and a drink ran me $28. What's worse is instead of just charging me in pesos so I could get a better conversion rate with my bank they insist on it in dollar and on the day their exchange conversion rate was a good 4 pesos off. Yeah first and last time. The taste is not even worth a $3 burger. Straight to the trash bin.
