Lo único que me desagrada mucho es, que no realizan cambios físicos si el artículo por ejemplo, perdió una piedra, o si decides por ejemplo ponerte unos aretes y tiras la etiquetita, no te lo cambian, y ya me pasó con unos huggis, fui a que me hicieran el cambio y me dijeron que a pesar de ser defecto de fábrica, cuando los compré me los entregaron impecables, no me agrada esto, pues cuando los abrí para ponérmelos, ya no cerraron y me exigieron el código para hacer el cambio, el cuál obvio no conserve, pero, tengo esos huggis y unas arracadas a las que al abrirlas para ponermelas, se rompió la patita donde cierran, son dos artículos que tengo en casa, y que no puedo regresar, porque de la arracada me exigen el pedacito, la patita, la cuál obvio no conservo porque salió volando!!!
Ni modos, les sugiero que no compren nada que tenga piedritas y que procuren revisar bien las cosas, broches de las cadenas, todo, antes de salir de la tienda, de otro modo les pasará como a mí, que tengo en casa dos pares de aretes sin podermelos poner ni vender ni cambiar ??
