IN MY OPINION IT IS A GOOD COMPANY, THEY TREATED ME VERY WELL, IF THEY TAKE A LITTLE BIT WITH MY MERCHANDISE (3 MORE DAYS) BUT ALWAYS KEPT ME INFORMED OF MY PROCESS.

Cero recomendable. Asco de empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consejo para usuarios que busquen servicios de ecotecnologias no elijan esta empresa en mi experiencia dieron un muy mal servicio, no entregan a tiempo, entregan mal el pedido y por si fuera poco se deslindan de responsabilidades. Para nada recomendable el servicio, de mi parte procedere a levantar queja ante profeco e infonavit.

Elijan otra empresa. Muy mala experiencia, nefastos. Incumplidos, tiene la desfachatez de decirte dia para entegarar, cambiarlo con infinidad de pretextos, después te confirman día y hora de entrega y no llegan, estando enterados que se pedirá permiso para recibir la mercancía y que trabajo por la tarde. Y una faltando o pidiendo permiso.
Una de las que recaban información Trinidad, incumplida, mentirosa y la manera que tiene de resolver su incumplimiento es decir "lo sentimos mucho, mejor cancele su vale" e inventando pretextos. Ya te hicieron perder más de un mes. Ellos saben que contratar a otra empresa es esperar otro tanto.
!!EMPRESA NEFASTA!!.
Por supuesto que va queja a Infonavit y a Profeco. Tengo todos los WhatsApp de la empresa en cuestión.
Espero tengan la decencia de entregar la mercancía hoy.
