★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hubiera dado las 5 estrellas pero la verdad el personal que labora no es muy atento cuando solicitas su ayuda. La tienda en general muy bien, amplio surtido en juguetes y también en material didáctico y demás enseres escolares. Al igual que los demás establecimientos de la zona no tiene estacionamiento pero encuentras lugares cerca donde estacionarte.
 I would have given it 5 stars but the truth is that the staff that works is not very attentive when you ask for their help. The store in general is very good, a wide assortment of toys and also teaching materials and other school supplies. Like the other establishments in the area, it does not have parking, but you can find nearby places to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicada prácticamente en el centro de GDL, se encuentra a una cuadra de la Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres, (llegando a la esquina, se da vuelta por Juan Manuel y esta ahí a tan solo 10 metro s e la esquina).
Es un lugar pequeño, se ve aun mas chico por lo abarrotado que esta de mercancía: Es un lugar de ensueño para un niño ( y para algunos adultos también) encuentras juegos clásicos como la lotería, serpientes y escaleras, hasta los mas modernos.
A mi me gusta porque puedes encontrar muchos juegos y material didáctico para niños de kinder y primaria. Tienen muy buenos precios y si compras de mayoreo mucho mejor.
Located practically in the center of GDL, it is one block from the Rotunda of Illustrious Men, (when it reaches the corner, it turns into Juan Manuel and it is there just 10 meters from the corner).
It is a small place, it looks even smaller because of how crowded it is with merchandise: It is a dream place for a child (and for some adults too) you find classic games such as lottery, snakes and ladders, even the most modern.
I like it because you can find many games and educational materials for kindergarten and elementary school children. They have very good prices and if you buy from wholesale much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recorrí cuatro establecimientos con venta de Juguetes y este fue el más barato. El único problema fue con la factura, pero en general es el problema con los establecimientos del centro de GDL. Falta capacitación al personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar con gran variedad en juguetes infantiles. Yo vi el catálogo por Internet y nada qué ver con ir en persona. Tienen un excelente servicio. Son jovencitos los que te atienden muy amables y te ofrecen las diferentes opciones que tienen para los niñ@s gran variedad en precios y calidad del producto. Para todos los bolsillos. En buenas compras 3 juguetes o más te hacen precio de mayoreo y baja mucho más el co$to. Excelente atención. Les recomiendo la visiten en persona. Hay un estacionamiento público una cuadra más abajo en Juan Manuel y otro sobre Alcalde dos cuadras al sur. Así que no batallaras para estacionarte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente realice un pedido con envío, la mercancía en mal estado y un empaquetado demasiado malo , de las 50 piezas que pedí al menos un tercio fueron perdida , me comunique con ellos y lo único que dijeron fue... Una disculpa por lo mal empaquetado y si. Más ya no respondieron mis mensajes .
Sin duda tienen una gran variedad de juguetes pero de nada sirve si en los envíos la mayoría llegan arruinados, jamás volveré a pedir en esta juguetería, espero que lo que se ahorren en un mal embalaje les ayude de algo.....
