★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la experiencia en Juguetron, para empezar no tenian los productos que decían tener en existencia en su página de internet, y después a pesar de que leí algunas reseñas sobre la atención del lugar que era muy buena, en mi caso no fue asi, las empleadas te saludan y te dan la bienvenida al entrar a la tienda pero mas que por buena atención por simple protocoló o procedimiento de trabajo, y despues al preguntarle a una empleada sobre lo que estaba buscando, la verdad no fue nada amable ni atenta, al contrario muy cortante y hasta cierto punto despota, el broche de oro llegó cuando se me ocurrió preguntarle a la misma empleada sobre la ubicación de otro establecimiento cercano y su respuesta fue casi un: "aqui no es módulo de información" claro, dicho de otra forma más sutil pero al final ese fue el mensaje. En conclusión para mi no fue una buena experiencia.
Terrible experience in Juguetron, to begin with they did not have the products that they said they had in stock on their website, and then despite the fact that I read some reviews about the place's attention that was very good, in my case it was not like that, the Employees greet you and welcome you when you enter the store, but more than for good attention due to simple protocol or work procedure, and then when asking an employee about what she was looking for, the truth was that she was not kind or attentive at all. On the contrary, very sharp and to a certain extent despotic, the finishing touch came when it occurred to me to ask the same employee about the location of another nearby establishment and her response was almost: "here is not an information module" of course, said in another more subtle way but in the end that was the message. In conclusion, it was not a good experience for me.
