Awesomeness! Kids had plenty of fun here and worth every penny! No lines, food is excellent and the place is super clean...I cannot even explain how meticulous clean the bathrooms were (if you have kids you will understand the importance of this!) This place is not well known and even taxi drivers don’t know where it is...just say Cirque du Soleil and they will know. Highly recommended.

Incredible day with the kids. My boys are six and eight, and had an absolute blast. The wave pool, the water slides, the adventure pirate ship. Food is reasonably priced for an amusement park and relatively high quality . The facilities, including bathrooms and all of the water areas are very clean. Service is excellent. We came on December 30th, and it was not very crowded. Far less so than what we have experienced at Legoland, Au Lani, and other comparable theme parks. I think it ended up being about $250 USD for 4x people for the day. The website was continuously glitchy when we tried to buy tickets online, but we phoned the toll-free number for Canada and Europe and we're able to purchase the tickets over the phone. No problem with someone who spoke. Perfect English. We chose not to get a cabana package, and I am glad we did not. There was no shortage of seats available. Taxi ride from Playa del Carmen to get here with 500 pesos, including tip. You get dropped off at the Cirque du Soleil parking lot, and then they have a little golf cart shuttle that takes you underneath the highway to the jungala water park. My only complaint is that the family water slides were malfunctioning for the day, so we were not able to go on those. Also, things are inefficient upon arrival with needing to present credit card and ID, it took longer than I would have expected. Locker rental was 150 pesos. If you are staying in Playa del Carmen or Cancun and looking for a day excursion to do with your kids, I would highly recommend this. I saw a number of tweens and teenagers as well, and they also seem to be having a good time. Mixture of Americans, Mexicans and Canadians. Everyone was very friendly.

Really expensive for no food or water included. Just for pass 70$, not recommended. From family of 4 you will spend about 500$ with tickets, food and water. Line was horrible. Took 2 hours with 10 months baby just to come in the park. We got tickets with travel agency and person doesn't know how to scan them. Any ways waste of money and bad experience.

What a fun place to be at! I loved every minute here. The longest lazy river I’ve ever been through but it was so beautiful. The water slides were so fun. My niece absolutely loved the kids water park. I wasn’t expecting much when it came to the vegan food but I was actually surprised. I had the bloody vegan (interesting name) it was really delicious! Would definitely come back here!

Very cool place. If you have kids under 10 they will love it and there is a lot of space to safely watch your kids. Highly recommend

What a great facility! Better than the dirty water park at "the place at Vaughan ON"... Friendly staff, good food, great for the kids and family.

Fun for our entire family! We loved it. Clean and no food lines. We rented a cabana overlooking the wave pool. It was comfortable, private and we could watch the kids in the wave pool from there. The cabana bathrooms were very clean and modern. We wish we had time to go back a second time during our trip. We were the first family there and the last to leave. My ONLY downside. We purchased a premium cabana that has food included. We were reassured when we booked at the Vidanta concierge that there would be vegetarian options and that there is a chef on site. The included food is only from the limited cabana menu. We asked if we could substitute something from the kids menu or a veggie option from the regular menu and were told no. The kids wanted food from the kids menu and adults were vegetarian so we ended up buying food despite food being included. The included fruit bowl was great but the cucumber water was awful. Next time we would book just the basic cabana and not upgrade to the premium.

I wish I can give you more stars!!! This place it’s incredible I’m not sure where to start from the employees who are super professional and polite and helpful they All speaks English very well.. The food was incredible I loved all the slides my friends and I enjoyed a lot they were so funnnn ❤️❤️ Very clean and luxurious experience wasn’t expecting this to be honest. It’s easy to find you just have to park your car then the shuttle open bus will come and take you within 5 minutes. It’s definitely a place for friends family and kids. Loved it It wasn’t crowded at all which was really nice haha
