★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the KAAB and it was awesome! The roof top pool and the sea view was great. I like that everything is near by. A couple blocks from the beach and the ferry to Cozumel. 5th ave is only a block away! I will stay here for sure. The building is new and still being worked on. The Unit I stayed in had a nice big Balcony and was semi private. I can't wait to visit again!

With the airport and building works on either side and the open air rooftop all night club down the road… the building has virtually zero sound proofing built in.
Great location though and nice pool, it is a secure and well managed building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great staying but it was hard to get in - It was hard to check-in: on reception didn't know that I would arrive because I did booking just recently and the guy try to find me from the printed list, not on the computer, it'd token 30 mins to find reservation then about 30 mins to find my apartment and figure out what is code for it. So and because of lack of English of reception guy and lack of my Spanish I could not find out what is the password for Wi-Fi in my apartment. No daily cleaning service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got back 1 month ago from staying at Kaab South Beach, so it does exist!!! Love the convience to everything. ADO bus depot, Paseo mall, 5th Avenue shopping, eateries, ferry to Cozmel and beach all 1 to 3 blocks away. Very new condos with rooftop pool and hot tub. Ocean views! Enjoyed the gym. Security and underground parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent condos. My stay at Kaab South Beach was amazing! They have a very nice rooftop pool with ocean views & views of the island of Cozumel. The building is secure and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star off for the noise. We were aware about the airport. The noise IN the building was worse. The chairs need sliders under them. Can't fix the doors slamming in the halls. Four stars for clean, new, location! Staff helpful but it helps if you speak Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick wisely when choosing an apartment in this building. It is a construction zone and half the building is facing a concrete wall which means no view from your bedroom or balcony and nonstop drilling and jack-hammering. This was by far the worst apartment building we stayed in in playa. What a shame, as it had potential but the concrete construction adjacent to the building ruined it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for two nights in early May at Kaab South Beach and nearly everything was perfect; as described and as seen in pictures, friendly staff, easy check in, rooftop patio was great. However, for two major flaws I wouldn't recommend Kaab nor visit again in the near future.
1. The building had ongoing renovations during our stay and a construction site was being built right beside/attached. This caused a lot of noise throughout the day, notably being woken up a 8/9AM with heavy banging and drilling noises going non-stop.
2. We had an issue with ants where we spotted around 3 dozen of them throughout the unit of our first night on the drawers, table, counters and bed. Housekeeping did a thorough and complimentary cleaning the following morning which appeared to have resolved the issue.
