El personal es profesional y muy consiente de lo que realmente necesitas reforzar de acuerdo a tus necesidades.
Es asombroso lo que puedes lograr cuando sabes usar tu cuerpo como arma para defenderte no tenemos idea realmente de todo lo que somos capaces de lograr están SUPER RECOMENDADOS no se arrepentirán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los instructores tienen mucho conocimiento y didáctica para enseñar, las técnicas de defensa son funcionales a situación real, pero en mi opinión el plus que tienen los instructores es que enseñan a manejar el estrés en una situación de agresión de manera táctica. Ampliamente recomendados para aprender a sobrevivir en esta época de tanta inseguridad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes profesores, muy profesionales, con mucha experiencia y conocimiento. Los entrenamientos son cansados pero valen la pena. Te enseñan a defenderte pero con sabiduría, toman en cuenta la parte psicóloga en la defensa personal y te enseñan bajo escenarios reales o lo más apegados a la realidad.
De igual forma me gustaría remarcar que es importante invertir en nuestra seguridad y estar prevenidos para actuar ante ciertas situaciones.
Lo recomiendo 100%.
