★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el servico y el seguimento a los trabajos, me repararon una karcher K4 me cobraron carisimo (1800) me la dieron sin probar la guarde y a los 15 dias la utilice, no fuciono, me tarde un mes en llevarla nuevamente y resuto en la segunda inspección que cobraron nuevamente 300 pesos por la revision y resulto que es otra pieza, y nuevemente otros 1800 pesos.
con estos 1800 y los 1800 de la primera ves, mejor compro una nueva. nada recomendable.

EL PEOR LUGAR, SERVICIO TELEFÓNICO, NO QUIERO IMAGINAR EN SERVICIO A LAS MÁQUINAS, ESTOY ARREPENTIDO. TU SABES SI LES LLEVAS TU MAQUINA, SUERTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si ubicación es demasiado lejos, los precios de reparación son altos y aunque tienen un precio de revisión que toman en cuenta para la reparación no recibes una sola llamada para indicarte que tiene tu aparato (cuando al realizarte tu orden te lo dicen). Hasta la tercera llamada me comentaron el costo de la reparación y prácticamente quería la señorita con mal genio del otro lado del teléfono que se efectuara la reparación con cierta exigencia en su tono de voz. Y al declinar la oferta con tono más molesto me indicó que no le quitara su valioso tiempo con clientes que si valen la pena. Fue muy grosera si actitud. Por ello estoy molesto y le doy una sola estrella si pudiera no darle ninguna hubiera sido mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, te atienden muy bien si vas en persona, no me puedo quejar, pero lleva mas de 3 meses mi maquina y que aun no tienen las refacciones, estoy de acuerdo que pandemia la navidad y el año nuevo pero, 3 meses! en serio?, y cuando llamas para preguntar por la orden nadie contesta, tienes que ir hasta allá. Cómprate una nueva y de otra marca, porque servicio es un hecho que no vas a tener, además las refacciones carísimas porque me cobraron por adelantado, por 500 mas me hubiera comprado una nueva, arrepentido de Karcher, lástima porque son buenas maquinas pero su servicio deja mucho que desear.
