Although I have lived in Cozumel for 23 years, this was my first purchase of real estate. I waited a long time to find just the right house, at just the time, at just the right price. Having lived in Cozumel for so long, I know all the realtors on the island. I contacted Karen as soon as I decided to make an offer. Her reputation for professionalism and expertise had skyrocketed over the previous 5-10 years, leaving the others in the dust.. It just didn't make sense to go with anyone else. I soon experienced what everyone raved about. Karen assigned my sale to her associate Ale (Alejandra) and assured me she, Karen, would be overseeing every detail. Ale was wonderful! After the sales agreement was signed, she facilitated an additonal viewing of the house, so that I could start planning my move. It was clear that it was going to be a super smooth transaction, thanks to Karen and Ale. They made excellent recommendations when there were choices to be made and walked me through everything step by step. It didn't make sense for me to use anyone else and, in my opinion, it doesn't make sense for anyone else to choose a different realtor either.

Karen and her team are amazing! My husband and I decided to buy a home internationally and we are extremely grateful for Karen and Alejandra in this process. There were times when only my husband could make the trip to Cozumel and everyone went above and beyond to video call me in and give me a private tour of the homes in addition to showing the home to my husband. Karen and her team spent time answering our many questions and she was always there when a question would come back up when we were back at home. They helped walked us through the process and because of their time and attention we have a beautiful home in Cozumel! We bought a house in Cozumel with Karen and Alejandra in August 2021. It was the best experience ever! These 2 ladies did all the work long distance and it went so smooth. We just came back for closing and everything was done in an hour. They answered all our questions and concerns. And in this process we became great friends. They helped us after closing also with all the great recommendations on remodeling, building a pool, service and choosing a great property manager. We will definitely do business with them again and recommend to everyone!

Alejandra was fantastic! We tried briefly to sell our home privately but were not successful. Alejandra was able to sell it within 2 months. We were trapped away from the island due to COVID-19 and she handled everything for us remotely. She communicated great during the whole process. Could not be happier with the service.
