Agendé cita con varios días de anticipación y cuando llego me reciben diciéndome que no se pudieron comunicar conmigo en todo el día y no me pudieron enviar whats para decirme que Karla (supongo la encargada) no se presentó a trabajar y que no pueden hacerme la depilación con hilo. Le pregunto si puede hacerme la depilación con cera y me dice que ya no tiene disponible el horario que yo había reservado, que tenía que agendar nueva cita, lo cual no haré.
Me parece una falta de profesionalismo además de la falta de limpieza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia!! No vayan!!! Fui cliente por varios años siempre fui amable y respetuosa. Karla hace lo que ella quiere con TU cabello, pues le pides despunte y te corta +10 cms!! Y lo peor, todo tuzado!!! ¡¡¡si te muerde un caballo creo que hasta te queda mejor?!!! Además, se supone que realizas tu cita justo para “reservar” ese tiempo para ti y desde que llegas a tu hora están atendiendo a otras personas, enciman citas, total que todo fatal, terrible ( excepto por sus trabajadoras quienes fueron muy amables). No le pongo cero nada más porque no se puede ???????? ¡¡¡pésimo servicio, no vayan!!!
A Karla le deseo mucha luz en su vida para que no vaya haciendo estas cosas sin sentido a los demás. ✨
