En 1970, los abuelos Doña Jita y Don Néstor, comenzaron su negocito, justo en esta esquina de las calles Garibaldi y José Clemente Orozco; por primera vez y con muchas ilusiones, colocaron su mesita y una olla para comenzar a servir carnes en su jugo, como se les conocían desde entonces.
Hoy queremos agradecerte GUADALAJARA. Por permitirnos ser parte de la cultura local, orgullosamente; hoy somos uno de los más deliciosos platillos que acompañan a esta hermosa ciudad, que nos ha permitido crecer con ella durante 50 años.

If you're visiting Guadalajara this place won't disappoint.
Food is great.
Try the "carne en su jugo" or the "cecina" which is basically a more flavorful beef jerky.
The sparkling lemonade is also amazing it has just the right amount of sugar
This location was my favorite because it has its own parking lot and a cozy environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must try when in Guadalajara! The carne en du jugo is unbelievably delicious. Very fast service. However be aware if they place guacamole or beans on the table they are trying the Portuguese approach. As you will be charged for them if you eat it. If you don’t want it simply let them know you don’t want it and they take it away or else you’ll be charged
