El camión de regreso estaba en peores condiciones. La parte superior donde va equipaje hacía ruido como si estuviera flojo. Además de que había goma de mascar pegada. El baño olía peor. A mitad del camino apagaron el aire acondicionado porque hacía frío pero por el olor del baño pedimos que lo volvieran a prender. Tampoco el asiento se reclinaba, y para un viaje de casi 12 horas fue muy incómodo. Realmente desagradable la experiencia. Como único punto bueno que les vi, fue el personal. Siempre se portaron muy amables y atentos dentro de lo que estuvo en sus manos.
This service was contracted through a travel agency to Puerto Vallarta. The one-way truck smelled like cheap bath pads. The seat did not recline. The return truck was in worse condition. The upper part where luggage goes made noise as if it were loose. Besides that there was gum attached. The bathroom smelled worse. In the middle of the road they turned off the air conditioning because it was cold but because of the smell of the bathroom we asked to turn it on again. Nor did the seat recline, and for a trip of almost 12 hours it was very uncomfortable. The experience really unpleasant. The only good point I saw them was the staff. They always behaved very kind and attentive within what was in their hands.
