B	Brandon Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, tardan muchísimo en entregarte el vehículo, te presionan y exigen que deposites el enganche, pero después de que depositas ya no te contestan para nada, te dicen que te venden el vehículo con todas las partes aceptables de vida y a los 2 meses ya se les descompóne todo, lo llevas a garantía y nada entra a garantía, si lo dejas la persona que te atiende te dice que en 72 hrs máximo se te entrega tu auto cuando la realidad que ese tiempo solo es para checarlo, y después de eso tardan eternidades en arreglarlo, aún teniendo las piezas de refacción no lo arreglan muy lentos, pésimo servicio a ver si a la hora de la hora no les pagas a ver cómo se ponen Terrible experience, they take a long time to deliver the vehicle, they pressure you and demand that you deposit the down payment, but after you deposit they do not answer you at all, they tell you that they sell you the vehicle with all the acceptable parts of life and after 2 months already everything breaks down, you take it to warranty and nothing comes under warranty, if you leave it the person who assists you tells you that your car will be delivered in 72 hours maximum when the reality is that this time is only to check it, and after that they take forever to fix it, even having the spare parts they don't fix it very slow, lousy service let's see if at the time of the hour you don't pay them let's see how they get on

No hay un medio para comunicarte con ellos directamente para saber el estado de tu reparación. En mi caso preferí hacer la reparación en otro lado para evitar más pérdida de tiempo. Warranty processes are very long. More than they tell you. Communication is almost zero. There is no way to contact them directly to find out the status of your repair. In my case, I preferred to do the repair elsewhere to avoid further loss of time.

Luego por chat me dijeron que de 24 a 48, la verdad no me la quise jugar. 2 Uber hasta allá y para saber si lo que encuentran tiene o no garantía! La verdad no piensan en el cliente. Hasta que levanté reporte fue que me dieron seguimiento. La entrega a domicilio es como la anuncian en los comerciales en una grúa de plataforma con tu auto como en vitrina. Ojalá mejoren los tiempos mencionados y sería excelente! Second purchase. B	Bob Ridenour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a car from kavak midtown Guadalajara. After their inspections, and sitting in the waiting room 7 hours they delivered the car. When we checked it out the air conditioning didn't work. We accepted the car because we were told they would fix it the next day and it would only take a few hours. When we arrived at the repair facility we were told it would take 3 days and because of the holiday 5 days. We reined after the holiday and now it's going to take 7 days. We don't live in Guadalajara so we need to get a hotel room and wait. If they told us the truth we could have made arrangements but as it is, their warranty is worthless.

Updates: They fix the things as they says but steal the tools. I will not recommend to have a car from kavak. Worst post sell services. I feel buying from kavak was a huge mistake. It’s waste of time and money. I bought in Jan 2021 the car and still the change of property is yet not done.
