★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado, si eres una personal moral o física con actividad empresarial necesitando rentar espacio para tu negocio y requieres factura, busca una opción diferente a Kenkel. O tienen poco conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones fiscales o son irresponsables o las dos cosas. Promueven propiedades en arrendamiento a personas morales sabiendo que el arrendador no factura y puede estar evadiendo su responsabilidad fiscal, sin aclarar desde un inicio que si requieres factura, esta no podrá ser emitida por el arrendador, y así te engañan hasta la firma del contrato y hasta que el mismo arrendador te aclara que el no factura, y ya pagado el 1er mes de renta, el deposito en garantía y la póliza jurídica.
