★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desafortunadamente tuve un percance y mis reparaciones fueron enviadas a agencia. En la primera visita no me tardaron pero la señorita que me atendió fue muy prepotente, además de referirme que por indicación de su nuevo supervisor ya no se puede evaluar el auto y regresarlo a su dueño en lo que llegan las refacciones (algo que antes si hacían)por lo mismo ese día no pude dejar mi auto. A la semana siguiente regrese y resulta que todos tienen el mismo horario de comida el cual dura una 1:30 horas mismo tiempo que me hicieron esperar y nadie se acercó a darme alguna explicación o con la cortesía de notificarme que todos los que recepcionan servicio y hojalateria tienen el mismo horario de comida. Pésimo servicio actualmente.
 Terrible service unfortunately I had a mishap and my repairs were sent to an agency. On the first visit they did not take me long but the lady who attended me was very arrogant, in addition to telling me that by indication of her new supervisor the car can no longer be evaluated and returned to its owner while the parts arrive (something that before if they did) for the same reason that day I could not leave my car. The following week I came back and it turns out that everyone has the same meal schedule, which lasts 1:30 hours, the same time they made me wait and no one came to give me an explanation or with the courtesy of notifying me that everyone who receives service and tin shop have the same meal schedule. Terrible service currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría mejor trato desde la entrada. Pareciera que no hay quien te haga caso. Te presionan para que pagues y no tienen los papeles listos cuando te entregan el auto. Pagamos de contado y no nos querían entregar las hojas del seguro. No tenían la factura lista. Siento que hasta se enojan por preguntar. Prometen entregar en tiempos que no pueden cumplir. Definitivamente NO recomiendo este lugar.
I would like better treatment from the entrance. It seems that no one pays attention to you. They pressure you to pay and they don't have the papers ready when they give you the car. We paid in cash and they did not want to give us the insurance sheets. They didn't have the bill ready. I feel like they even get mad for asking. They promise to deliver in times that they cannot deliver. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
