★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen empleados en el área de servicio que pueden estar robando piezas, y en gerencia los defienden. En una ocasión tuve que pagar por una pieza que según ellos venía rota, cuando revisé el auto antes de llevarlo a la agencia no estaba así. En otra ocasión me cambiaron botones del control multimedia por unos usados que no eran del vehículo. Si eso hacen con cosas que están a la vista, qué harán con partes que no son visibles? En las fotos se muestran las perillas desgastadas y no coincide el material al de la perilla de aire acondicionado.
They have employees in the service area who may be stealing parts, and in management they defend them. On one occasion I had to pay for a part that according to them was broken, when I checked the car before taking it to the dealership it was not like that. On another occasion I changed buttons of the multimedia control for used ones that were not from the vehicle. If they do that with things that are visible, what will they do with parts that are not visible? Photos show knobs worn and material does not match A / C knob.
