Kin Ha Tulum - 77760 Tulum

Very small room. No fridge inside. Morning 8:30 staff whistle very loud and did something with the hammer. In the afternoon there was no work because apparently they only do repair work in this hotel in the morning. Reception was very friendly and helpful. I see 3 different hotels in Tulum and this one was for me to expensive for that. no fridge in Room, no bike have to rent from another guy for 150 pesos and had flat wheel... i had to pump on a gasstation.... I give 2 stars because Reception was very friendly and helpful

A beautiful gem in the centre of Tulum town with the best staff, brilliant rooms and a great rooftop. Highly recommend for a friendly stay!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service at the front desk was impeccable. The included breakfast was very good and healthy. It also changed everyday. I would highly recommend that place.

Very nice and beautiful little hotel in downtown Tulum. Great location, quiet but walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to ADO bus terminal. Gabriela was super friendly and helpful for activities, renting scooter or bikes was very good, reliable and easy. I loved the breakfast, nice sitting area on the rooftop as well.

Gabriela was so very helpful and the staff generally are very accommodating. The hotel itself is a perfect base to explore Tulum Pueblo, rooms were comfortable with hot water and breakfast was simple but great quality. A little peaceful gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle.

I recently visited with my friends, we shared two rooms with single beds. Our rooms both had fans and air conditioning so we were always comfortable despite the humid climate. There was also water coolers so we could easily top up our water bottles at any time! All in all we couldn’t have had a more amazing experience. The staff was always accommodating, they even remembered our preferences for breakfast after a couple of days. We received a lot of helpful (and really really great tips) on where to go, explore and eat. Some of our best experiences were from Gabriela’s recommendations! In addition we rented bikes for almost our entire stay. It was very easy and stress free all organized by the hotel. It’s about 30 minutes bike ride to the beach in one direction, and the cenotes in the other. Personally I think the location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s smack in the middle of the city center, very close to the Pueblo, which allows you to get the most authentic Tulum experience 10/10 would stay here again.

We just stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely LOVED it. The coffee was delicious, the breakfast was perfect, the staff was so lovely and the rooftop was incredible for spending a day on, or working at the tabletops. Gabriella was absolutely incredible and told us all the best places to visit and to eat at. We rented bikes almost every day also from the hotel and it made our visit completely stress free. If you’re looking for an affordable time in Central Tulum and need a hotel with no frills and tons of good energy, stay here. We can’t wait to come back. We are also so happy that we didn’t stay on the beach, you can quickly bike there and the city has so much character!
