Anaid y el demás personal son grandes maestros, siempre pendiente en que los ejercicios sean los óptimos para mi recuperación y siempre atentos a cómo me siento con los ejercicios que estamos realizando.
El equipo y el ambiente es de primera calidad, todo está en perfecto estado y siempre impecable de limpio.
Después de probar varios estudios en la zona, recomiendo enormemente a Kine Studio.
I have been doing pilates for half a year at Kine Studio focused on recovery from a lower back injury.
Anaid and the other staff are great teachers, always aware that the exercises are optimal for my recovery and always attentive to how I feel with the exercises we are doing.
The equipment and the environment is top quality, everything is in perfect condition and always spotlessly clean.
After trying several studios in the area, I highly recommend Kine Studio.

Y si tienes una lesión es un buen lugar para empezar a retomar la actividad física. Los instructores son atentos y muy amables, el ambiente te va a gustar! Si eres constante, comenzarás a ver los cambios en tu cuerpo con un par de meses de práctica ?
En este mismo espacio encuentras una tienda de ropa deportiva, esencias, bolsas artesanales y otras cositas. Si se te antoja un café, a la salida está Piedra Negra. Súper recomendado ?
KineStudio is a safe space to practice Pilates and yoga, they take great care of your postures and alignments so that you do not injure yourself.
