Some of the best food I have had in a very long time. Especially the appetizers, the dessert was also super good.

The sushi was good. The salmon in mango and ginger sauce was excellent. The Litchi Flan dessert was delicious. I was dining with 3 others and everyone enjoyed their meals. Bravo Kiniko, bravo.

I love the restaurant, the Rock Shrimp Baos are my favorite!

Nice to have another restaurant at the Hacienda. restaurant indoors. Still learning. Online menus, but the internet was not working. Two options for eating... 3 star overall because the benihana style looked pretty good even though we did not partake. benihana style with lots of flying food and flames. I think would be a better option. Last year this was outside near the pool before and was good. At least you are almost guaranteed to have hot food and entertainment. 2 star: We ate restaurant style: booth tables way too wide. Difficult to even talk across the table. Very noisy, nothing to dampen any noise. Asked for a wine list 3 times, no wine list, oh well... must have been drinking too much anyway. Took a LONG time to serve the meals... and all was "cool" at best. Guessing it sat while we waited. Could have been a great meal, hard to know. Do not order the padthai; was the worst ever, even if it was hot.. sushi was ok. Hopefully they will figure it out. Will try again next year... would recommend waiting until December or January at the earliest.

Delicious! Service was timely and excellent. The edamame is a bit different here but we LOVED it. The pork belly bun was delicious. My husband really loved his surf and turf. The drinks were great (had sufficient alcohol and tasty). The setting is modern. Our server was Román López and he is excellent. This is located at a resort (resort restaurants have a reputation to be slow and bland) but this is a stand out.

The plates were beautiful, the service was great but the food lacked flavor. We ate at the hibachi table which was fun. The food could use salt and pepper and maybe more butter to add flavor. We were not asked how we wanted the steak part if it. It was dry and overcooked. Too bad. Looked like great steak meat. Also, a dipping sauce would be good.
