★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en mi caso iba a sacar un acta de nacimiento, es mejor llevar el numero de folio del acta y todos tus datos porque ahí esta un chavo que solo por escribir tu nombre completo en la pantalla para que salga tu acta de nacimiento te cobra 70 pesos mas, no se porque no los dejan como los kioscos que están en el Estado de México donde tu mismo pones tus datos o buscas tus datos sin necesidad de que te "AYUDE" alguien y te cobre un extra por esa incompetente ayuda
in my case I was going to get a birth certificate, it is better to bring the folio number of the certificate and all your data because there is a guy who just by writing your full name on the screen so that your birth certificate comes out charges you 70 pesos but, I don't know why they don't leave them like the kiosks that are in the State of Mexico where you put your data yourself or look for your data without needing someone to "HELP" you and charge you an extra for that incompetent help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses una chica que trabajaba aquí en la noche me dio información completamente contraria a la información oficial, no la grabé ni pedí su nombre porque no lo pensé en el momento pero ya fui a la oficina de Tesorería en el Walmart de M.A. de Quevedo donde pagué los costos oficiales de los servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente hay que esperar, si buscas imprimir acta de nacimiento es mucho más preferible imprimirla desde casa. Aunque si se cae el sistema en línea, deja de funcionar tanto en kiosco cómo en la página para imprimirla. Hay una persona que atiende, lo cual es adecuado, para evitar mal uso de la misma,o lo que ocurre, que la descomponen por uso inadecuado, o que una persona que no sepa usarla tarde las horas en encontrarle el uso. En general es un servicio adecuado, pero más vale contemplar media hora al menos de espera, estando de pie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió una persona muy amable, pude pagar con tarjeta de débito, fue rápido y temprano no hay cola. Hay que revisar lo de los horarios ya que debido a la pandemia están cerrando a las tres, corroborar también la apertura de tienda UNAM ya que me ha tocado ver que aveces cierran a las 18 por limpieza y para desinfectar, tomar precauciones.
