Todo lo que recibimos fue tal cual y lo prometido en la cotización, todo nuevo y de marca. Las personas de atención a clientes fueron siempre amables por teléfono y whatsapp. Hasta el momento nos han canalizado exitosamente con los fabricantes para la instalación y configuración de nuestros equipos punto de venta. ¡Pocas empresas como ellos en Internet!
I highly recommend Point of Sale Kit, our products arrived on time (We ordered more than 30 kits and they all arrived). Everything we received was as is and as promised in the quote, all brand new and brand new. The customer service people were always friendly on the phone and whatsapp. So far we have been successfully channeled with manufacturers for the installation and configuration of our point of sale equipment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por Óscar, y la impresora de tikets que me mandaron salió con defecto, el software q me vendió no me llegó, me mandó otro mucho más barato, y solo me mandó la liga de descarga de Eleventa para comprar de nuevo el software, les marque , pero ya no estaba el sr Óscar q ahora era Héctor, me bloquearon y nunca me dieron solución, una compra de $13,600 en dónde le invertí más dinero
