★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing house with exceptional privacy. Beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Could not recommend this house any more for when staying in Playa. Close to everything and very short walk to the beach over the road. The pool and hot tub at night under the stars will not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about this place. The house is spectacular and in great shape. The host was available as needed and the staff was really friendly and helpful. If you get tired of the infinity pool and multiple jacuzzi, the beach is just across the street, and there are ancient ruins next door. It’s a gatEd community too, so there is no real traffic and it is really peaceful at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Kite House Halloween 2021. Had a fantastic time in the house. It’s a short walk to beach and 15 min walk to the shopping strip. Can’t beat the area. Very secure and every one is friendly. Staff is great and food was amazing. Already got plans to stay again this spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kite House was a fabulous place to stay! The pool, hot tubs, large space, all the rooms, near the beach! Like I said, “FABULOUS!” …And that’s not even mentioning the endless fun and entertainment of Playa Del Carmen! OMG, if we could’ve stayed longer… we’ll be back! We are definitely going to be repeat visitors now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Such a great experience here at the kite house! The pool & hot tub are great additions to the house, the staff here made me & my group feel safe & at home! The chefs sure do know how to cook! A friendly neighborhood very close to the beach as well, 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend & can’t wait to go back again!
