Decidí empezar a invertir en estos productos para mi cabello; la chica que me atendió no sabía exacto que me estaba vendiendo, distraída y me decía otras cosas que no decían la descripción de los productos (en inglés). Equis, compré el que me gusto lo que decía y me lo llevé a casa, costo $350, pero fue en la época de las fiestas navideñas, entonces salí de viaje. Ya estando fuera me di cuenta que mi producto venía sin tapón para utilizarlo, no podía sacarlo, intenté sacar poquito porque para eso lo había comprado, pero ningún tapón le quedaba y no lo pude usar. Regresando a casa, lo primero que hice fue ir a ver que podían hacer y nada, la encargada me dijo que la chica de ese día había sido de capacitación, que debí de haber reportado el producto en navidad, pero que intentaría buscarme una solución, me mandaba whats. El whats nunca llego, me dió la impresión que la encargada ni hizo nada y cuando me vio de nuevo ni me quería atender; no fue proactiva y no me dió ninguna otra solución, simplemente perdí mi dinero, tiempo en ir, no había otro descuento o nada, además de que no pude usar mi producto esas fechas. Pues si chequen sus productos literalmenteee al salir, no pensé que en esta tienda te podrían hacer esto, pero si. Yo por mi parte, sobra decir que no vuelvo a comprar ahí, ni a recomendarlo, además de que lo poquito que use no me enamoro el producto :(
