★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué lástima qué pongan esta tienda y la cierren más de hora y media para ir a comer ya que cuándo uno va a Chedraui nos gusta pasar por los alimentos de las mascotas y cuándo uno trata de pedir a domicilio un tal Sergio comenta qué no tiene ese servicio " por él momento" y aparte no sepa precios ni productos que existan en la tienda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solicite servicio a domicilio y dos horas y media después al ver que no llegaba decidí llamar de nuevo y me contesto un joven diciéndome que la chica del primer turno había olvidado reportar mi pedido y que ya no era posible entregarlo, al indicarle mi molestia por el mal servicio de la tienda y la perdida de tiempo que me habían ocasionado se porto sumamente grosero y arrogante llegando a insultarme.
Nunca volveré a comprar nada en esa tienda y voy a comentar cuantas veces sea necesario el mal servicio que brinda.
Terrible service, I requested home delivery service and two and a half hours later, seeing that it did not arrive, I decided to call again and a young man answered telling me that the girl on the first shift had forgotten to report my order and that it was no longer possible to deliver it, when indicating my Annoyance at the poor service of the store and the loss of time they had caused me was extremely rude and arrogant to insult me.
I will never buy anything again in that store and I will comment as many times as necessary the bad service it provides.
