M	Martin De sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me corté en el local de nader,todo venía perfecto hasta que empezó a cortarme el pelo mientras hablaba por teléfono , al llegar a casa me doy cuenta q me había sacado una patilla entera de la barba y ni siquiera aceptan su error cuando voy al local . Si estas de visita en Cancun Downtown y necesitas un corte de pelo o que te arreglen la barba, te recomiendo Kraken Barberia, despues de reagendar mi cita varias veces fui a con la idea de que solo me hicieran corte de pelo y arreglo de barba, al llegar te ofrecen agua pero tambien tienen otras bebidas si te toca esperar un poco, me atendio Sandra super amable me pregunto que servicio queria, en mi caso pelo y barba, como todavia estaba un poco indeciso que tan corto queria mi pelo, ella me hizo unas recomendaciones y me escuchaba todo el momento si queria alguna correccion, el corte de barba es con navaja de un solo filo, te ponen vapor, productos para preparar la piel y el vello de tu cara en verdad una experiencia fenomenal, me senti tan comodo y en confianza con Sandra que empezamos a platicar de que tambien queria que me arreglaran las cejas, ella con todo gusto me comento que lo podia hacer y acepte, no me arrepiento tenia un poco de dudas por que solo queria una "limpieza de ceja" ella me entendio en todo momento y el resultado fue mejor de lo que esperaba, mientras me hacia este tratamiento note que a otro cliente le dieron unos pequenos retoques a su barba con tinte, en mi caso ya tengo canas en el pelo y el bigote, le pregunte a Sandra que tan natural podia quedar el tinte despues de aplicarlo ella se tomo el tiempo necesario para explicarme dude mucho por que no me queria ver como otros hombres donde se nota totalmente el tinte en el pelo, Sandra nuevamente me explico todo el procedmiento y acepte acerlo, se tomo el tiempo para matchear mi tono de pelo para solo cubrir las canas y que se viera lo mas natural posible y el resultado fue sensacional, en verdad si quieres un servicio de primera acude a Kraken Barberia Excellent service, professionals, clean, patients has been the place where they have treated me best, highly recommended.
