Tres estrellas solo por los diseños ?
PD: Saldrán azúcar Splenda o light.
 The donuts have a good presentation but they taste too sweet and artificial, excessively sugary.
Three stars just for the designs ?
PS: Splenda or light sugar will come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy todo iba bien hasta que se nos ocurrió comprarnos unas donas y café... La atención no es mala, es terrible y lo peor es que crean que nos tenemos que conformar con eso. Unas clientas antes que yo pidieron frappes sin crema batida, cajera confirmó orden y se las dieron con crema, ahora a quitarla. Les pedimos 1 café caliente, 2 fríos, leche deslactosada (que es más cara) después de esperar casi media hora, los 3 nos los entregaron fríos y con leche entera, me los cobraron como deslactosada y ahora qué hago con este dolor de estómago? se enojan porque les dices que no es lo que pediste!!! Jazmín fue la peor, no tiene tacto ni empatía para con el cliente responde “no, le confirmé la orden 3 veces y no recuerdo que dijera café caliente, no hago cambios” fatal, me enojé y les tomé foto a todas porque parece que se ponen de acuerdo para hacer lo que les dé la gana, tanto saben lo que hacen que una de quitó su nombre del gafete. Nunca vuelvo a comprar en esta sucursal, me atienden mejor en un Oxxo. No había vivido experiencia así con Krispy Kreme.
Today everything was going well until it occurred to us to buy some donuts and coffee ... The attention is not bad, it is terrible and the worst thing is that they believe that we have to settle for that. Some clients before me asked for frappes without whipped cream, the cashier confirmed the order and they were given them with cream, now to remove it. We asked them for 1 hot coffee, 2 cold ones, lactose-free milk (which is more expensive) after waiting almost half an hour, the 3 of them delivered them cold and with whole milk, they charged me as lactose-free and now what do I do with this stomach ache? They get angry because you tell them that it is not what you asked for !!! Jasmine was the worst, she has no tact or empathy with the client, she answers “no, I confirmed the order 3 times and I don't remember her saying hot coffee, I don't make changes” fatal, I got angry and took a picture of all of them because it seems like they agree to do whatever they want, so they know what they are doing that one of them took their name off the badge. I never buy at this branch again, they serve me better at an Oxxo. I had never had such an experience with Krispy Kreme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a dozen donuts and a drink with delivery (30 pesos) but they sent a drink only! Very nice Krispy Kreme, a cup of chocolate with 30 pesos delivery is what we had been dreaming about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Krispy Kreme. I will NEVER apologize for that! So, when I’m traveling, I usually only seek out local cuisine, but if I come across a Krispy Kreme, there’s donuts that are gonna be eaten!
I found a Krispy Kreme in the airport in Mexico City, so I wasn’t so surprised to see them here in the largest shopping mall in Cancun (Plaza Las Americas). The donuts are fresh and delicious, as always. The shapes are a little different than I’m used to (Sponge Bob donuts for example), and some of the flavors are different, but they’re still the best donuts I’ve ever eaten.
So, if you’re in Cancun and you’re craving sweet, think Krispy Kreme—you will be glad you did!
