★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disfrutaba mucho este café, pero definitivamente arruinaron la calidad con su nueva máquina para hacer café, ya no es leche, ahora es todo en polvo. Sabe a café quemado con agua, se perdió la consistencia cremosa que tenía. Muy mal y una lástima.
I really enjoyed this coffee, but they definitely ruined the quality with their new coffee maker, it's not milk anymore, it's all powdered now. It tastes like coffee burned with water, it lost the creamy consistency it had. Too bad and a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, el 13.07.2021 solicité el servicio de 3 chocolates y media docena de donas y después de casi 2 hrs me llegaron solo 2 chocolates. Realicé mi queja y me rechazaron el reembolso por que según la tienda realizaron el envío completo y así es como me lo entregaron
Bad experience, on 07/13/2021 I requested the service of 3 chocolates and half a dozen donuts and after almost 2 hours I only received 2 chocolates. I made my complaint and they rejected the refund because according to the store they made the complete shipment and this is how they delivered it to me

El sabor de sus productos es muy bueno tienen la caracteristica de que no importa en que parte de la ciudad compres tus productos, siempre tendran ese gran sabor.
Recomiendo mucho asistir a esta sucursal, no hay mucha gente y siempre hay de todos los sabores disponibilidad.

No obstante dejo 3 estrellas porque la dejan atender a ella sola, necesitaba a un compañero más y deberían dejarle suficientes cajas
