Lo que me parece inadecuado y hasta abuso, es que por parte de la inmobiliaria, hagan firmar a sus arrendatarios en sus contratos de arrendamiento una cláusula de 126% de interés moratorio diario. Probablemente el arrendatario que firma no dimensiona por que lo plasman como un monto fijo de pena diaria. Pero si sacas el porcentaje te das cuenta de que es 126% o más si el precio de la renta fuese más barato.
Es una cláusula muy excesiva y abusiva para el cliente que adquiere el servicio de renta de casa habitación.
Se justifican diciendo "si no tienes intención de quedar mal que no te preocupe esa cláusula". Lo cual me parece un comentario muy fuera de lugar. Si no hay intención de quedar mal ¿para que poner la cláusula?
Se debe poner, pero un monto justo, no un monto abusivo.

What seems to me inappropriate and even abuse, is that the real estate agency makes its tenants sign a clause of 126% daily default interest in their lease contracts. Probably the tenant who signs does not dimension it because they capture it as a fixed amount of daily penalty. But if you take out the percentage you realize that it is 126% or more if the rental price were cheaper.
It is a very excessive and abusive clause for the client who acquires the home rental service.
They justify themselves by saying "if you don't intend to look bad, don't worry about that clause." Which I think is a very out of place comment. If there is no intention to look bad, why put the clause?
It should be put, but a fair amount, not an abusive amount.
