★ ★ ★ ★ ★ les he comprado mucho tiempo a esta tienda bicicletas y refacciones y voy presencialmente, y hoy que no puedo asistir solicite me cotizaran un material por telefono, me contesto una chica, diciendo que en este momento no tenia tiempo cuando le dije que era una lista de varias refacciones, que mal por sus empleados si son todos asi, deben de dar el servicio, lo peor es que fue bien obvia que no queria hacerlo

La atención al cliente es mala, ya que te atienden con una weba.. que ya ni ganas te dan de comprar ahí. No te recomiendan los productos que pueden ser mejores para tu equipo (básicamente tú tienes que atinarle al producto que creés que es mejor)
Los precios son algo "⅔" ya que yo compré una llanta en otro lugar por $150, y en este lugar la ví en $220 (con un tiempo de diferencia de 5 meses, abril-septiembre desde que compré la primera)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es grande la tienda, tienen modelos de bicicletas Mercurio, Blitz , Phoenix. Manejan bicicletas desde niños hasta adultos. Pongo 3 estrellas porque al menos van 3 veces que voy y la atención de los que están en mostrador no es tan buena, atienden haciendo caras, en especial si les pides que te muestren lo que quieres comprar. La última vez que fuí no encontré varias cosas, entonces siento que ya no está tan surtido como antes que sí encontraba todo.
The store is big, they have models of bicycles Mercurio, Blitz, Phoenix. They ride bicycles from children to adults. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una bici a servicio y salieron con que de reciben nada para servicio hasta después del 7 de enero. Entiendo que por reyes tengan mucha gente pero en todo caso que sean honestos y digan que solo les interesa vender y si se descomponen las bicis que ahí mismo se compran pues resuelvelo como puedas porque con ellos no cuentas.
I took a bike to service and they came out with you getting nothing for service until after January 7th. I understand that by kings they have a lot of people but in any case they should be honest and say that they are only interested in selling and if the bikes that they buy right there break down, then solve it as you can because you don't have them.
