★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar rico y barato para comer birria aunque lo único que tienen de postre es pay de quedo casero, fuera de eso los tacos y las quesadillas muy buenas y muy bien servidas.
A delicious and cheap place to eat birria, although the only thing they have for dessert is homemade pie, apart from that the tacos and quesadillas are very good and very well served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio es lento, además pedí un menudo y me lo llevaron tibio tirándole a frío y la carne super dura, dejan entrar a mascotas al local que es pequeño es desagradable estar comiendo con la mascota muy cerca de ti, te cobran la comisión por el pago con tarjeta. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Bad service is slow, I also asked for a menudo and they brought it to me warm, throwing it cold and the meat was super hard, they let pets into the place, which is small, it is unpleasant to be eating with the pet very close to you, they charge you the commission for the card payment. Solo creo que a la carne como que le falta un poco de sabor porque tuvimos que poner sal a cada taco que pedimos. Pero en general bien, así como el servicio de la gente que atiende.
The place is clean, the flavor of the consommé is good and the tree sauce is spicy.
I just think the meat kind of lacks a little bit of flavor because we had to put salt on every taco we ordered. But in general good, as well as the service of the people who attend.

La quesabirria con bastante queso y las salsas uffff, super adecuadas para el platillo. Definitivamente una de mis comidas favoritas en Qro. Estupendo servicio por parte del staff. Regresaré siempre que pueda.
delicious! I'm new to trying this dish and wow what a flavor. The consome is delicious, they give you freshly made tortillas and a quesadilla. The quesabirria with a lot of cheese and the sauces uffff, super suitable for the dish. Definitely one of my favorite foods in Qro. Great service from the staff. I will return whenever I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and food! I order three Tacos de Birria thinking that would be enough, and it was. But it was so delicious I just had to try something else. Ended up trying the "volcanes", little tostadas with just the right amount of crunch and cheese. Will be back soon, tomorrow probably.
